Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our services. This policy explains your cancellation rights and how refunds are handled.

Your statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin work within that period and later cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services already provided. Once a service has been fully performed, the right to cancel no longer applies.

Initial Consultation (£150)

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible before your confirmed appointment.

Standard Legal Drafting (£450)

If you cancel before work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. If drafting is under way, any refund will reflect the work already completed.

Full Retainer / Advisory (£1,200 per month)

• The retainer renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• Payments for the current billing period are not normally refundable.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, the service is not confirmed. For the retainer, Stripe may retry the payment and we will contact you; the retainer may be paused or ended if payment cannot be collected.
